Discover the BOXXflexx Glass Shipping Cartons, the perfect solution for food shipping and the safe transport of your jars. This innovative carton is ideal for honey, liverwurst, or jam jars and adapts flexibly to various jar sizes. The carton includes a pre-slit insert that forms a bottom with light pressure, securely holding the jar in the air. The three different slits at the top of the insert securely fix the jars for shipping.
The BOXXflexx Glass Shipping Cartons are made from high-quality corrugated cardboard with a high recycled paper content, making them particularly environmentally friendly. Our insert and carton do not use synthetic glue but instead fix the corrugated cardboard with starch, a natural product. All papers used are FSC-certified, ensuring sustainable forestry. Flexographic printing with food-safe ink provides clear markings and easy handling.
Our inserts are shipped flat in space-saving 20-piece bundles, either in packages or by freight forwarding on pallets. This allows for easy storage and handling. The shipping carton is suitable for both empty and filled jars and can be used by couriers or for transport from the warehouse to the POS store.
A special advantage of our BOXXflexx Glass Shipping Cartons is their development in collaboration with Honigtreu eG, where we created a solution for various jar sizes.
