BOXXflexx punching insert for glass shipping | 2-wall
Discover the BOXXflexx punched insert, the perfect solution for shipping food and transporting your jars safely. This innovative cardboard packaging is ideal for honey, liver sausage or jam jars and adapts flexibly to different jar sizes. Thanks to the pre-slit structure, light pressure creates a base that holds the jar securely in the air. The three different slits at the top of the insert hold the jars securely in place for shipping.
The BOXXflexx punched insert is made of high-quality corrugated cardboard with a high proportion of recycled paper, which makes it particularly environmentally friendly. Our insert does not use synthetic glue and instead uses starch from a natural product to fix the corrugated cardboard. All the paper used is FSC-certified and therefore comes from sustainable forestry. Flexographic printing with food-safe printing ink ensures clear labeling and easy handling.
Our inserts are shipped flat in bundles of 20 to save space, either in a parcel or on pallets by a forwarding agent. This enables easy storage and handling.
A particular advantage of our BOXXflexx punching insert is the development in cooperation with Honigtreu eG, in which we have created a solution for different glass sizes. The clear labeling of the slots makes handling in the shipping department much easier.
