For the best possible optimized shipping, we recommend storing the boxes in an already cooled environment. This cools the air in the honeycomb cardboard and prolongs the cooling effect. In addition, you should have suitable cold packs ready. These are absolutely necessary to maintain the freshness of your products during transport.
Our packaging system consists of one outer carton and two inlays, which are delivered separately. It is easy to set up: Unfold the carton and insert one of the honeycomb panels as the edge and the other as the bottom and lid. Fill the carton with your products and include the appropriate cold packs to ensure optimal temperature.
It is important to ensure that there is as little empty space inside the box as possible to maximize the cooling effect. Use filler material to fill any gaps and ensure products are stable and well protected.
