Shipment

We deliver your orders via www.boxxco.com free of charge within Germany. This does not apply to shipping to a German island or abroad. Here, the additional surcharge for parcel or forwarding dispatch is offered separately.

General delivery times

The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days after order confirmation. For pallet shipping by forwarding agent, experience shows that an additional 2 working days are required.

Next-Day Delivery | Notification Pallet Shipment

A delivery on the next day (Next Day) as well as a notification by the forwarding agent is to be requested under kontakt@boxxco.com with indication of the article, number of pieces and delivery address.
Goods acceptance times
We deliver on weekdays between 08:00 - 18:00. Please specify other goods acceptance times for pallet deliveries in the order process!

General delivery information

We automatically deliver your consignment on a Euro pallet, free to the kerbside from a quantity corresponding to at least half a pallet (see information "Pallet contains" on the product page under specifications). For smaller quantities, you will receive your order as parcel(s) via DPD.

You will receive shipping information including a tracking code automatically by e-mail for your orders via the shopping cart of the webshop. For orders placed by telephone or e-mail, you will receive this information upon request.

Please ensure that your delivery address and goods acceptance times are given in full to ensure that the delivery runs smoothly. In particular, in the case of pallet deliveries, please note that you must state in the delivery address whether a truck lift is available at your premises. Furthermore, delivered pallets must be returned immediately by way of exchange. If no exchange takes place step by step, the delivered Euro pallets will be invoiced subsequently.

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or the absence of the recipient, we will charge the additional costs incurred for a second delivery.

Note on delivery by forwarding agent
Delivery shall be made by lorry and "free kerbside", i.e. to the nearest public kerbside to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that a delivery of the goods to the delivery address "free kerbside" cannot take place in the following cases due to the lack of accessibility with the truck by the shipping company:

• The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street that is designated as a traffic-calmed area/"play street", and/or
• The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street whose trafficability is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 40 tonnes, and/or
• The delivery address is located in a street or can only be reached via a street which is narrower than 3.25 metres or which is restricted to a passage width of less than 3.25 metres at a point to be passed during delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site at the time of delivery, and/or
• The delivery address is in a dead-end street.
• The delivery address is not in Germany.

If one of the special features mentioned applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure in this respect, please contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail before placing an order in order to clarify whether or to which location a delivery can be made.

Please also note that it is necessary for you to be personally present at the delivery address when the goods are delivered by the forwarding agent. On the one hand, this is because you must confirm the delivery of the goods in writing. On the other hand, the unloading of the goods requires your assistance in such a way that you support the employee of the freight forwarder by physically unloading the goods from the truck to the curb. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.

Finally, please note that it is not possible to arrange a specific desired time for delivery (should you wish to do so, please contact us at kontakt@boxxco.com. Additional costs will apply). Delivery by forwarding agent takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in a time window from 8:00 to 18:00. Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to narrow down the delivery time more precisely.

Shipping abroad

Shipping abroad is possible. If you send us your order by e-mail to kontakt@boxxco.com, we will be happy to create it manually for you. You will then receive information on the freight costs incurred (we can currently only deliver free of shipping costs within Germany). If you provide us with a VAT ID number, the order will be processed VAT-free by advance payment (pro forma invoice), otherwise with German VAT.
