BOXXCO Q-Day: A Day Full of Success and Team Spirit

Once every quarter, it's time for BOXXCO's Q-Day – a special day when all employees come together to celebrate the successes of the past quarter and get ready for the upcoming one. This time, our Q-Day took place outdoors in front of our warehouse, and it was a tremendous success!

Barbecue, Presentations, and Shared Vision

The day began with a relaxed barbecue, where we shared a meal and great conversations. Afterward, we had a presentation from our team leaders and our CEO, Michael. The presentation highlighted the achievements of the past quarter, showcasing our successes in impressive numbers. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our shared vision: When people think of packaging, they think of BOXXCO. We combine expert advice with a passion for packaging. Celebrating New Colleagues and Introducing New Tools

We also celebrated our new colleagues who have successfully completed their probationary period and are now fully integrated into our team. It feels like they’ve been with us for much longer – their performance over the past months has been outstanding. In addition, we introduced a new, free appointment booking system, where our customers can book an online appointment for packaging consultation and optimization. This is another step in making our service even more efficient for our customers.

Relaxation and Fun to End the Day

After the presentations and celebrations, we wound down the day with cool drinks. We had lots of fun playing a few rounds of table tennis, challenging each other in friendly matches. It was a great opportunity to relax and strengthen our team spirit.

A big thank you goes to Lysann, our office organizer, who did an excellent job planning and organizing this day. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to fully enjoy the Q-Day and prepare ourselves for the upcoming quarter with renewed energy.
