Metal heavy duty shelving white 1800x900x450 mm - 5 shelves
Our shelving systems make organizing your warehouse, cellar, garage or workshop child's play. The simple assembly via a plug-in function and the corrosion resistance due to the galvanization make them the ideal choice.
- All metal parts are powder-coated in white
- Adjustable shelves for maximum flexibility
- The shelf is a plug-in system, so no screws are required
- The height of 1800mm is achieved by assembling 2 uprights and one connector each. Alternatively, it can also be assembled side by side as a workbench
- The wooden shelves are made of 7-8 mm thick chipboard or 3-6 mm thick HDF boards
- Each shelf has a load capacity of 175 kg with even load distribution
- Bay load: 875 kg (with even load distribution)
Assembly instructions
- To ensure that the shelving is still stable after assembly, the joints have been produced with tight tolerances
- A second person can make assembly easier and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Depending on your level of skill, the shelf can be assembled in 10-20 minutes
- However, this may take longer for the first shelf
- It is strongly recommended to wear gloves during assembly to avoid injury
- If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to call us and ask for help.
Safety advice
- Please note: shelves with a height/depth ratio of 5:1 should be secured against tipping for safety
- To do this, use wall or floor anchors and secure the shelf to the wall with 2 screws
- The fixing material must be purchased separately
