Galvanized metal heavy duty shelving 2200x900x600 mm - 6 shelves
Our shelving systems ensure maximum organization in your warehouse, cellar, garage or workshop. They are easy to assemble thanks to their plug-in function and are optimally protected against corrosion thanks to their galvanization.
- All metal parts are galvanized
- Universal floor adjustment for flexible use
- No screws required thanks to the plug-in system
- The height of 2200 mm is achieved by assembling 2 uprights and one connector each. Or it can be assembled side by side as a workbench
- The wooden shelves are made of 7-8 mm thick chipboard or 3-6 mm thick HDF boards
- Each shelf carries a load of 175 kg with even distribution
- Bay load: 875 kg (with even distribution)
Assembly instructions
- For better stability after assembly, the joints have been made with precise tolerances
- Assembly time may vary depending on manual skills, but usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes
- An additional person can make assembly easier and faster
- Assembly may take longer for the first shelf
- It is strongly recommended to wear gloves during assembly to avoid injury
- If it takes longer than expected, do not hesitate to call us and ask for advice.
Safety advice
- Shelves with a height/depth ratio of 5:1 must be stabilized to prevent tipping
- To do this, use wall or floor anchors and fix the shelf to the wall with 2 screws
- Please note that fixing material is not included.
