Galvanized metal heavy duty shelving 2200x1200x600 mm - 6 shelves
Our storage shelves are ideal for keeping your warehouse, cellar, garage or workshop tidy. Thanks to their plug-in function, they are easy to assemble and their galvanized finish provides particularly long-lasting protection against corrosion.
- All metal parts are galvanized
- Universal adjustment of the shelves possible
- As it is a plug-in shelving unit, no screws are required
- The height of 2200 mm is achieved by assembling 2 uprights and a connector. Alternatively, it can also be assembled side by side as a workbench
- The wooden shelves are made of 7-8 mm chipboard or 3-6 mm HDF boards
- Each shelf can carry an evenly distributed load of 175 kg
- Bay load: 875 kg (with even distribution)
Assembly instructions
- To ensure that the shelf is still stable after assembly, the joints have been produced with tight tolerances
- For easier assembly, a second person is helpful during assembly
- Depending on your manual skills, the shelf can be assembled in 10-20 minutes. The first shelf can take up to an hour or longer
- Gloves should be worn during assembly
- Don't despair if it takes longer, call us if necessary and ask for advice
Safety instructions
- Shelves with a height/depth ratio of 5:1 must be secured against tipping, ideally with wall or floor anchors
- Additional stability is achieved by fixing to the wall with 2 screws
- Please note that fixing material is not included in the scope of delivery
