Dangerous goods packaging 275x195x300 mm
Our extremely strong cartons are approved for the safe shipment of dangerous goods according to the 4G and 4GV directives and carry a UN marking.
The outer liner is made of kraft liner in brown and is lug glued.
Due to their 4-fold approval , the cartons are suitable for road transport (ADR), maritime transport (IMDG Code, ADNR), rail transport (RID) and air transport (ICAO-TI, IATA).
The cartons are approved for packing groups I(X), II(Y) and III(Z) and have different maximum gross weights depending on the packing group (see table).
The cartons can be used as composite packaging with inner metal or plastic packaging and are tested and approved.
Closures can be sealed with filament tape, please refer to the printed closure instructions. Before shipping, check whether the cartons are approved for your hazardous goods and the desired transport route, information on this can be found in the relevant safety data sheet.
Our test laboratory is a recognized testing center for corrugated cardboard packaging for hazardous goods. A safety label must be applied according to the safety data sheet of your product, we offer these on request. When shipping by air freight, the UN marking must not be covered.
Information on the BAM approval certificate can be found under "Further information".
