Automatic strip encoder Pro
The Pro automatic strip cutteroffers a convenient and precise solution for cutting wet adhesive strips. With 14 preset length keys and an additional +5 key, you can electronically cut strips to the desired length for immediate use.
The repeat function allows you to automatically recall one or two of the last selected lengths for different closure types. You can also set a time delay from 0-24 seconds. The unit has a continuous button and a water tank heater that can be switched on.
The Pro is versatile and can handle slit, T or double-T closures. You can choose to unroll the glue rolls with rubber coating to the inside or outside. An electronically controlled heater ensures optimum wetting and activation of the adhesive. The operating motor is only started when the program keys are pressed, resulting in silent operation in standby mode. The water tank is easily removable, and knife replacement is simple and fast. It can process papers from 40 g/m² to fiber-reinforced wet tape longitudinally and diagonally.
